Transportation
Driving to Camp
Camper drop-off will begin on opening day at 1:00 PM. Parents will receive their drop-off time window in the weeks before camp. Parents are asked to stay with their vehicles during drop-off. Camp tours will not be available at this time.
Charter Bus Service
Optional Charter Bus Service will be offered in the Westchester Area, Massachusetts, and Northern New Jersey. Specific locations and costs will be published shortly.
Flying to Camp
Air Transportation
Campers who travel by plane as an unaccompanied minor should arrive the day before the official arrival day. Families have the options of arranging for flights at Boston Logan Airport, Bradley International Airport (Hartford, CT), and Albany International Airport.
Flights should arrive between 12 - 6 PM ET. Flights should depart between 1 - 7 PM ET. All flights are required to be confirmed by the camp office before purchasing.
Berkshire Trails staff will be at the airport to welcome the campers on arrival day, and will stay at the airport until the last flight is in the air on departure day. Transportation to and from camp is $200 each way per camper.
