Driving to Camp
Camper drop-off will begin on opening day at 1:00 PM. Parents will receive their drop-off time window in the weeks before camp. Parents are asked to stay with their vehicles during drop-off. Camp tours will not be available at this time.
Westchester Bus
We have arranged a charter bus for camps in the NYC/Westchester area. The bus will pick-up/drop-off in White Plains, NY. The cost is $75.00 each way. Campers may bring one large duffle and one small backpack/carry-on with them.
Flying to Camp
Florida Chaperoned Flights
We have arranged for chaperones on flights from Fort Lauderdale, FL (FLL) to camp. These flights ensure your child can travel with other Florida campers and Berkshire Trails staff. Please click here for the latest Florida flight information. We recommend booking your flights ASAP. If your camper is taking a chaperoned flight, please select “Florida group flight” on your transportation form.
International Flights
In order for us to arrange ground transportation for your child, please book one of our recommended flights to and from John F. Kennedy airport (JFK) in New York. We cannot guarantee ground transportation if you choose different flights.
